Right of withdrawal and model withdrawal form

This instruction is for consumers. It covers the purchase of the AI Readiness Check and, where a contract is concluded with a consumer, advisory and project work. It applies wherever you are: the business is established in Germany and sells across Europe and beyond, and the same fourteen days are offered to every consumer buying here.
This is the English version of the statutory withdrawal instruction, following Annex I to Directive 2011/83/EU, and it is our reference version. The same instruction is published in German and in Romanian, and the version in the language your contract was concluded in is the one that governs it. Where two versions diverge, this English text prevails.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cristian-Stefan Lascu, Glatzer Str. 16, 45768 Marl, Germany, e-mail [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Digital content: what would end the right early
For a contract to supply digital content not on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal ends early once we have begun performance, if you gave your prior express consent to us beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Neither of those two statements is collected in the current order process. For as long as that is so, your right of withdrawal does not end early, even where the report has already been produced and sent to you.
Services: what you owe if the work has started
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Your right of withdrawal ends for a contract for the supply of services once we have fully performed the service, if performance began only after you gave your express consent to it and acknowledged at the same time that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us.
