Kairox Consulting, Marl, Germany. Founded by Cristian Lascu, engineer and delivery lead. We build automations for small and medium businesses.
Our founder worked for 12 years in enterprise software, on the supplier side. The projects were large: budgets of several million euros a year, teams of 30 to 50 people, clients in automotive, media, insurance and payments. Working at that scale means scope agreed in writing, outcomes tested before anyone pays, and systems monitored so they keep running.
Enterprises pay heavily for that way of working: dedicated teams, months of effort, outside suppliers. What they get are processes that run reliably. Those same processes can be applied to a firm of ten or forty people. The projects are smaller. The discipline is the same.
Most owners we talk to don't want more software. They want a few more hours of focused work each week, and enough time to look after their customers properly while the routine work still gets done. That is what a good automation does: it takes over the routine part.
Founded in 2026. The offer is simple: enterprise-level automation for small and medium businesses, at a fraction of what enterprises pay for it. Analysis first, a working prototype in 10 working days, a care plan after that. This is only the beginning.
