Before

NextBuilders.AI was at the start: a project, a website, and two founders with a lot to build. Two things needed deciding early and deciding well. How the site would be found, on search engines and in AI answers. And what would happen to a lead once it arrived: how it would be qualified, followed up and handed to the team.

The engagement ran on a consultancy basis: product vision, scoping, architectural approaches, and the role of an early-stage CTO while the business found its shape.

What we built

Search visibility first. The backbone that lets the site be indexed and surfaced well by search engines and AI models, put in place in the early phases so the site could grow on it.

Then the back office. Defined together with the founders, then built: an integrated system that welcomes leads from the funnel, qualifies them, fires the automation triggers, runs the email automations, and hands the team what it needs to act.

Throughout, the CTO role. Product vision, scoping, architectural decisions, and the calls a technical co-founder makes in the first months, taken with the founders rather than for them.

The system NextBuilders.AI runs today grew out of that foundation: a robust architecture with over 180,000 lines of code, a fully automated end-to-end funnel that has welcomed more than a thousand people through the CRM, 300+ of them active clients, and an agentic platform that works for the business 24/7. All of it on infrastructure 100% in their control.
